M•A•C Cosmetics

As Design Director, I led the visual development of major brand initiatives—from campaign concepts and photography to global marketing collateral—for iconic programs including Viva Glam, M•A•C Pro, event launches, and high-profile fashion and artist collaborations. My work played a key role in supporting artist education, internal development efforts, and the M•A•C AIDS Fund. I also recruited and onboarded top creative talent to scale design output and ensure brand consistency. Partnering closely with teams across Creative, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Industrial Design, I oversaw the integration of design at every stage—delivering bold, cohesive results that elevated the brand worldwide.
